Army Reserves

I am a 20 year old female , mother of a 4 year old little girl ,and the wife a wonderful man. I recently joined the Army Reserves, I am kinda scared of leaving my family but I know they support me 100%. I will be leaving January 17th for Ft. Jackson,SC where I will be doing my BCT and AIT I will be gone for 18 weeks, to become a MP I am so excited! but have the fear of something happening to my family and not being able to be there for them. but I know this is something I have to do not only for myself but for my family as well .. I guess my only real fear is beig deployed and leaving my child but I guess thats why they call it ARMY STRONG!
